About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Account Executive to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving new business development leads and collaborating with our Sourcing and Recruiting teams to attract top IT professionals.

About You:

  • Minimum 4+ years of proven IT recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on account management and client development.
  • Consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas and activity targets.
  • University or college degree required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with an open mind and a willingness to continually learn and improve.
