As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Create and implement business plans in collaboration with the District Vice-President, targeting specific geographic territories
  • Discover new business opportunities through proactive sales calls with existing and potential investment advisors
  • Advise on Mackenzie products and services to support advisors in an evolving market
  • Provide ongoing support to dealers and brokers regarding market performance and portfolio profiles

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Post-secondary qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • A willingness to pursue innovative ideas and drive results, along with strong communication skills
  • An interest in capital markets and their relation to the fund industry
  • Successful completion of a financial services program course (e.g., CSC or IFIC)

You can expect a competitive salary ($85,000 - $120,000 per year), benefits package, including a Share Purchase Plan, Health and Dental coverage, Education/Career support, and a paid Volunteer Day annually. You will also have opportunities to participate in national sales conferences, training sessions, and client events, as well as develop your skills through our Wholesaler Development Program – WDP.
