We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and bonuses. This role is eligible for a car allowance and travel expense program, as well as immediate enrollment into our pension plan with employer matching.

**Job Description**

The Senior Insurance Sales Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance-focused advisors, driving sales growth for our life and health insurance division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining a network of high-performing insurance advisors
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and establishing productive relationships with advisors
  • Providing case consultation, sales, product, and marketing support to drive sales growth

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of financial industry experience, with a focus on marketing to independent advisors in a life insurance environment
  • Previous sales and sales management experience required
  • Valid driver's license and well-maintained vehicle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel
