At Equitable Life of Canada, we offer a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a Full-Time Sales Director. Based in Edmonton, this role will focus on business development and account management exclusively for WFG channel advisors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of financial industry experience, with expertise in marketing to Independent Advisors in a life insurance environment. Previous sales and sales management experience is also required.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance-focused advisors, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing case consultation, sales, product and marketing support to drive sales for the Individual Life and Health Insurance division.
