About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to serve as our Senior Director of Autism Services, responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of our organization.

Job Summary

The Senior Director of Autism Services will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that support individuals with autism and their families, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. This individual will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of autism-related issues, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive programs and services that meet the needs of individuals with autism and their families.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the organization, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the Board of Directors.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of autism-related issues and a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing effective programs and services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
