Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our senior leadership team (L10), expand our client base, and build a high-performing sales team. As a Sales Director at Keeran Networks, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, handling revenue forecasting and projections to support company growth, and hiring, training, and managing a team of sales representatives. If you have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills, we encourage you to apply.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology or managed services industry. You should also have a strong understanding of sales forecasting, revenue projection, and data-driven strategies. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build and close client relationships effectively. Additionally, you should possess a proactive leadership style, strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to market changes, and a customer-centric focus. With your high emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to manage team dynamics, you will foster a positive team environment.
