Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Director to join our team at KidStrong. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, building strong relationships with our centers, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Membership Sales: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on high-volume outbound phone calls and lead generation.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our centers, ensuring seamless communication and a world-class experience for our members.
  • Manage Sales Data: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and present insights to regional leadership to drive portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with Area Developers and General Managers to ensure smooth process execution and compliance with KidStrong Sales recommended processes.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to member requests, provide timely follow-up, and maintain the highest level of customer service to protect brand integrity.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in health, fitness, or hospitality sales.
  • Availability and Mobility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and mobility to support the territory.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with sales systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
