The Full-Time Membership Engagement Leader is crucial in driving growth for a network of KidStrong Centers. This role is primarily accountable for achieving and surpassing objectives related to member acquisition, retention, and community involvement.

In this pivotal role, the Membership Engagement Leader will exhibit a profound understanding and enthusiasm for the KidStrong brand and curriculum to achieve and exceed sales targets. A strong focus on lead generation and follow-up is essential for success in this position.

Maintaining impeccable records of company-generated leads is mandatory. A commitment to developing the lead pipeline through community outreach and self-initiated partnerships is necessary.

This position requires flexibility, as it involves making calls and engaging with parents during their available times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

The role is based remotely after a 90-day probation period, contingent upon meeting key performance indicators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound communications on incoming leads (typically over 50 calls/texts per day).
  • Ensure effective communication with supported centers to guarantee that observations, trials, and new members receive an exceptional onboarding experience.
  • Self-motivation and management to surpass KidStrong sales objectives.
  • Oversee the sales processes and systems.
  • Manage sales data and present assessments of sales performance and strategies to enhance overall portfolio results to regional leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Area Developers and General Managers to streamline scheduling for observations, trials, and enrollments while managing inbound leads and adhering to recommended sales processes.
  • Respond promptly to all requests from KidStrong owners and client/lead inquiries.
  • Provide and uphold the highest level of customer service post-sale to maintain brand integrity.
  • Support center-level initiatives as needed, including maintenance and training.
  • Work five days a week, including one weekend day, with hours tailored to the needs of the supported centers.
  • Maintain reliable attendance at team meetings and community events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in health, fitness, or hospitality sales is highly preferred.
  • Availability to work the required schedule; this role is not confined to standard business hours. Mobility to support the territory is essential.
  • Familiarity with systems such as ZenPlanner, Sales Messenger, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and auto-dialer systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in outbound phone sales (typically over 50 calls per day).
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong sales orientation and comfort with outbound sales activities.
  • Ability to act swiftly during promotional periods to maximize return on advertising investments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is strongly preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not involve direct supervision of employees.
