Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at JRoss Recruiters. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization and ensuring that our facilities are always clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 20 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring staff to ensure top-notch service and performance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Oversee the daily operations, serving approximately 100 customers a day, and ensuring that each guest has a positive and memorable experience.
  • Sales & Membership Growth: Lead initiatives to increase membership sales and work closely with your team to drive both sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management: Ensure that our facilities are always clean, safe, and running smoothly, and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Safety First: Promote a safe working environment, ensuring all staff follow safety protocols and our facilities remain compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Community Involvement: Represent us at local events and foster relationships with local businesses and charities.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in the service industry sector with P&L level accountability
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented or retail environment is a plus
