The Full-Time Membership Director is pivotal in driving growth for a network of KidStrong Centers. This role is accountable for achieving and surpassing objectives related to member acquisition, retention, and community involvement.

In this essential role, the Membership Director will showcase a profound understanding and enthusiasm for the KidStrong brand and curriculum to achieve and exceed sales targets. A strong emphasis on lead generation and follow-up is crucial for success in this position.

Maintaining company-generated leads with precision is essential. A commitment to cultivating the lead pipeline through community outreach and self-initiated partnerships is required.

This position demands flexibility, as it is not confined to traditional office hours. The Membership Director must engage with parents during their availability, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

This role is primarily based at a designated location, with the option to work remotely after completing a probationary period, contingent upon meeting key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound communication, typically exceeding 50 calls or texts daily.

• Ensure effective communication with the centers to provide a world-class experience for new members starting their KidStrong journey.

• Self-manage and motivate to surpass KidStrong sales objectives.

• Oversee the sales process and maintain accurate sales data, presenting assessments of performance to regional leadership.

• Collaborate closely with Area Developers and General Managers to streamline scheduling for observations, trials, and enrollments, adhering to recommended sales processes.

• Respond promptly to all inquiries from KidStrong owners and potential members.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold brand integrity beyond the sale.

• Support center-level initiatives as needed, including maintenance and training.

• Maintain reliable attendance at team meetings and community events.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within health, fitness, or hospitality sectors is preferred.

• Flexibility in work schedule is required; this role is not confined to standard hours.

• Familiarity with systems such as ZenPlanner, Sales Messenger, HubSpot, and Google Suite is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proven experience in outbound sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative leadership style.

• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism are vital.

• Experience with CRM systems is highly preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not include direct supervision of staff.

The Membership Director will engage closely with regional leadership, KidStrong families, and prospective members.
