About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Director to join our team at KidStrong of Macleod Trail. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and accelerating growth in our territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads
  • Execute sound communication with centers to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-class experience
  • Self-manage and motivate to exceed KidStrong sales targets
  • Oversee the sales process and systems
  • Manage sales data and present to regional leadership on sales results and plans
  • Work closely with Area Developer and General Managers on seamless process in scheduling observations, trials, and enrollments
  • Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all KidStrong owner requests and client/lead requests
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect brand integrity
  • Willingsness to pitch in to support center-level initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in health, fitness, or hospitality sales
  • Availability to work the required schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with sales systems and CRM software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets/quota
  • Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
