About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Director to join our team at KidStrong of Macleod Trail. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and accelerating growth for our territory of KidStrong Centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads (50+ calls/day is typical effort)
  • Execute sound communication with the centers they support to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-class experience
  • Self-management and motivation to exceed KidStrong sales targets
  • Oversee the sales process and systems
  • Manage sales data and present to regional leadership an assessment of sales results and plans to drive overall portfolio performance
  • Work closely with Area Developer and General Managers on seamless process in scheduling observations, trials, and enrollments
  • Respond and follow through in a timely manner with all KidStrong owner requests and client/lead requests
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service beyond the sale to protect brand integrity
  • Willingness to pitch in to support center-level initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in health, fitness, or hospitality sales is strongly preferred
  • Availability to work the schedule required (this is not a 9a-5p job)
  • Experience with systems such as ZenPlanner, Sales Messenger, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and auto dialer systems is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred (50+ calls/day is typical effort)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets/quota
  • Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts
  • Demonstrated urgency during promotional cycles to maximize return on ad spend
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
  • Practical work experience using Microsoft Office Products
  • Prior CRM experience (Salesforce, etc.) is strongly preferred
