The Full-Time Membership Director is pivotal in driving growth for a network of KidStrong Centers. This role is accountable for achieving and surpassing objectives related to member acquisition, retention, and community involvement.

In this essential role, the Membership Director must exhibit a profound understanding and enthusiasm for the KidStrong brand and its curriculum to meet and exceed sales targets. A strong focus on lead generation and follow-up is crucial for success.

Maintaining impeccable records of company-generated leads is essential. A commitment to building the lead pipeline through community outreach and self-initiated partnerships is required.

This position demands flexibility, as it involves making calls and engaging with parents during their available times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

While the role is primarily based at a designated location, remote work options may be available after a probationary period, contingent upon meeting performance indicators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound communications on incoming leads (typically 50+ calls/texts per day).
  • Ensure effective communication with supported centers to guarantee a world-class experience for new members.
  • Self-manage and motivate to surpass KidStrong sales goals.
  • Oversee the sales processes and systems.
  • Analyze sales data and present assessments of performance and strategies to regional leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Area Developers and General Managers to facilitate observations, trials, and enrollments by managing inbound leads.
  • Respond promptly to all requests from KidStrong owners and potential clients.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service to uphold brand integrity.
  • Support center-level initiatives as needed.
  • Work five days a week, including one weekend day, with hours tailored to the needs of supported centers.
  • Attend team meetings and community events consistently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within health, fitness, or hospitality sectors is highly preferred.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, as this is not a standard 9-to-5 role.
  • Familiarity with systems such as ZenPlanner, Sales Messenger, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides, and auto-dialer systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, with a strong emphasis on making 50+ calls daily, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales mindset and comfort with outbound sales activities.
  • Ability to act swiftly during promotional periods to maximize advertising returns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative leadership approach and a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is strongly preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not involve direct supervision of employees.
