Restaurant Operations Manager

HOCO "Fun by the Falls" is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits
  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor revenue and labor costs to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staff to meet business needs
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
