Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Operations Management

Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues, and determine labor costs to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff, including setting work schedules and monitoring staff performance to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

Customer Service

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Work Conditions

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
