We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Kabab & Thali Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our kitchen and service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and other areas of importance.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our high quality control standards, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our team to achieve our goals and objectives, and to provide excellent customer service.
- Education: College or equivalent education in a related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
