About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Kabab & Thali Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, as well as sanitation and safety procedures, to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Communication: Prepare and submit reports to our chef and other management staff, ensuring that they are informed of any issues or concerns.
