Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they meet our high standards of customer service and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring we have the right products at the right time.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
