Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at SCOOPS BREAKFAST AND LUNCH RESTAURANT. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Cost Control
Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Operations ManagementEvaluate daily operations, monitor revenues, and determine labor costs to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and manage a team of staff, including setting work schedules and monitoring staff performance to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Customer ServiceDevelop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements- Education
College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
Work ConditionsFast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Personal SuitabilityAccurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
