About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Mandarin Restaurant Niagara Falls. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train and develop our team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting our quality control guidelines.
    • Implement and maintain strict food safety and sanitation procedures, ensuring that our restaurant meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns.
    • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that all customers receive a positive dining experience.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage the restaurant's inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all are maintained in good working order.
    • Prepare and manage the restaurant's schedules, ensuring that all staff are adequately covered during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting
    • Food service establishment.
    • Restaurant.
