Responsibilities- Coordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
- Managing inventory and budgetary controls;
- Preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets;
- Providing administrative support to staff members as needed.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Experience in administration or a related field;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field;
- Experience working in a non-profit organization;
- Knowledge of government access to information and privacy legislation;
- Ability to train staff members.
- A competitive salary of $$$55,000 - 65,000 per year ($30 hours per week);
