Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Langar Seva Meal & Support Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for coordinating office services, managing inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Managing inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets;
  • Providing administrative support to staff members as needed.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience in administration or a related field;
  • Strong organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field;
  • Experience working in a non-profit organization;
  • Knowledge of government access to information and privacy legislation;
  • Ability to train staff members.
