Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to work on-site with our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming donations, processing accounts payable, and reconciling credit cards and bank accounts. In addition, they will assist with administrative tasks and provide backup support for reception duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Process employee expenses
  • Reconcile credit cards and bank accounts
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Provide administrative support and backup for reception duties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of accounting-related experience and a post-secondary education. They should possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
