We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and customers warmly in person or over the phone.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as mail handling, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Plan and organize appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation reservations for employees.
  • Support team members in their daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • College diploma in secretarial, office automation, or related field.
  • Excellent command of verbal and written communication in French and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:

Regular work schedule, generally full-time.

Possibility of working certain evenings or weekends depending on the needs of the dental office.
