We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Masteko Asset Management, a commercial and residential real estate management and development company. This position involves supporting the CEO in various administrative functions, including office management, scheduling, communication handling, and document management. As a tech-oriented company, we are looking for someone proficient in digital tools, particularly Google Sheets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the President, including managing scheduling, communication, and travel arrangements.
- Handle office management tasks, including supply maintenance and document organization.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist with financial tasks, such as invoice processing and expense management.
- Support project coordination, event planning, and meeting preparation.
- Maintain accurate data and records in company systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Travel to the CEO's home office in St-Lazare 2-3 days per week and adapt to potential office relocation.
- A significant portion of the Administrative Assistant role will involve accounting-related tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience with accounting-related tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work at the CEO's home office in St-Lazare 2-3 days per week, with flexibility for potential office relocation in the West Island.
**Compensation Package**:
- **Billable Hours Bonus**: 10% of revenue generated from your billable hours.
- **Equipment**: Company-provided computer and monitor.
- **Expenses**: Reimbursement of reasonable business expenses.
- **Vacation**: 2 weeks of paid vacation annually, plus public holidays.
- **Part-time remote work**
