**FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION**

Location: St-Leonard, H1S 2V6
Schedule: Monday to Friday, In-Office (NO REMOTE WORK)

**Education**:
Secondary School diploma (preferred)
**Skills**:
- Perfectly bilingual in written and spoken communication
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
**Responsibilities**:
As an Administrative Assistant at Global AV, you will:
- Skillfully plan and coordinate meetings, events, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Actively contribute to various departmental projects, leveraging your organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Contact clients to discuss contract details.
- Prepare and submit quotes.
- Obtain client confirmations on contracts.
**Benefits**:
- Competitive salary ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

**Location**:
- Our office is conveniently located in St-Leonard (H1S 2V6), providing easy access to a vibrant community.
- This is an in-office role, and remote work options are not available.
