About the Role:

As a Sales Account Executive at Blackbaud, you will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with mid-market organizations to drive growth and sales. You will be the key contact and liaison between Blackbaud and potential clients, guiding them through the sales process and providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Qualifying, pursuing, and closing key sales opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining key account relationships
  • Providing return on investment (ROI) solutions and product and service proposals
  • Updating and maintaining active deals for pipeline management, daily activity, and forecast data
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a high-energy, sales-driven professional with a proven track record in high-volume selling environments. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a goal-oriented attitude. Experience in the non-profit vertical is a plus, but not required.
