About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Blackbaud. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key account relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Qualify, pursue, and close key sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume selling environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Non-profit vertical expertise a plus
