Compensation Package
As a Physiotherapist at Lifemark Berwick Physiotherapy, you can enjoy a competitive compensation package with an excellent benefits program for permanent full-time employees. This includes a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a 30% employee discount at Shoppers Drug Mart, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid vacation days, and an annual continuing education allowance of $1,500.00.
About the Job
This Physiotherapist opportunity is based in Kentville, Nova Scotia, and involves working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians in a fast-paced outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting. You will develop and execute individualized treatment plans, continuously evaluate client progress, and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
- Registered in good standing with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
