About the Role:

As a Customer Coordinator Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for patients, managing reception areas, maintaining accounts receivable, and ensuring timely entry of patient data into the Lifemark Patient System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Manage payroll, including accuracy, communications, and meeting deadlines
  • Implement accounting controls and reporting to ensure efficient financial operations
  • Supervise clinic office management and administration, adhering to company protocols
  • Promote employee engagement and teamwork to drive business success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-5 years of experience in a clinical or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
