The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating production machines, recording production/quality, maintaining a safe, clean work environment, communicating with team members, and contributing to operations to ensure all requirements are met.

Additional responsibilities may include operating equipment, performing routine maintenance, and participating in quality control initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Must be comfortable working 12 hours shifts and performing repetitive tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
