Job Description:

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a 5-phase program to gain comprehensive knowledge of our business operations. This includes warehouse logistics, customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing management, credit management, financial reporting, and much more.

Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics

  • Gain insights into our product offerings, supply chain processes, and sales support strategies.

Phase 2: Operations

  • Pursue opportunities in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing management, credit management, and financial reporting.

Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management

  • Elevate your role from assisting customers with product issues to managing large-scale projects.

Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management

  • Develop skills to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with customers and vendors.

Phase 5: Career Path Determination

  • Determine your ideal career path using your acquired knowledge and training.

Qualifications:

  • College or university degree
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
