The Physiotherapy Resident is a key member of our rehabilitation team, responsible for assessing and treating patients with various physical conditions.
As a physiotherapist, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop holistic treatment programs that help patients regain optimal function and mobility.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose and treat patients' physical impairments and disabilities
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and function
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or entry-level Master's program in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Membership with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists (provincial licensing body)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
