Job Summary:
We are seeking a Strategic Development Program Trainee to join our team. This role offers a comprehensive training program that will equip you with knowledge across various aspects of our business.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum
This position involves progressing through five phases, each designed to develop your skills and expertise in areas such as warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales/project management, outside sales/account management, and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning products sold by us and their journey from vendors to customers, including sales support
- Getting involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more in Phase 2
- Assisting customers with product issues and managing large-scale projects in Phase 3
- Finding new business opportunities, selling our products, negotiating contracts, and building relationships in Phase 4
- Determining ideal career paths based on acquired training in Phase 5
Requirements:
- A college or university degree
- A positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
- A desire to continuously learn and grow
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- A strong work ethic and high standards of integrity
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Effective communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
