Job Description:
OverviewWe pride ourselves on our commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client liaison at a retail level, fostering strong relationships with retailers, and providing coaching to Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities:- Client Liaison: Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level, including communicating with clients, resolving issues, and providing feedback
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with retailers, including building trust, understanding their needs, and providing solutions
- Coaching and Training: Provide coaching to Sales Representatives, including training them on new products, technologies, and software programs
- Merchandising Execution: Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back to management
- Marketing Initiatives: Support Marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points in the market and resolving issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Experience using various software programs and tools to streamline work processes
- Recent college/university graduate with a related field of studies is an asset
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline
- Sales experience in home appliances is an asset
- Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sector
- Direct Appliance industry experience (Retail or Manufacturer) - asset, not mandatory
- Consumer electronics experience (Retail or Manufacturer)
- Previous formal training experience (instructor or trainer)
- Previous durable good or high-value retail Sales experience
- Outbound sales representative experience
- Experience as Field Sales Representative
- Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting or exceeding performance objectives
- Available to travel within the market (Must love being on the road)
