Your Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our Finance team to refine internal processes and enhance data-driven decision-making. By optimizing financial efficiency, scalability, and automation, you'll help leadership make informed decisions that drive business forward.

Key Skills:

  • SQL and Database Management: Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based data models to ensure efficient data transformation and reporting.
  • ETL Pipeline Development: Build and optimize ETL pipelines within BI tools or deliver data through APIs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable analytics solutions.
  • Dbt and Databricks: Develop and manage dbt-based data transformations and Databricks workflows.
  • Dashboards and Reports: Build and enhance dashboards and reports in Tableau, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and well-structured for analysis.
  • Data Governance: Maintain data quality, governance, and documentation across all analytics solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment is required.
  • Expert-level SQL skills with experience optimizing complex queries and data models.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL pipeline development within BI tools or using APIs.
  • Proficiency in dbt, Databricks, and Tableau.
  • Experience working with Python, R, SAS, or similar statistical analysis software.
  • Strong ability to engage with stakeholders, understand business needs, and develop analytical solutions that drive decision-making.
  • Experience working in a cloud-based data environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
