Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to connect with potential students, guide them through our training programs, and close deals in person at our Vancouver training center. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Qualify Leads: Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social media.

  • Conduct In-Person Meetings: Meet with prospective students at our Vancouver training center to understand their needs and present our programs.

  • Close Sales: Guide leads through the enrollment process and secure sign-ups.

  • Follow-Up: Maintain contact with potential students who need additional information or time to decide.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals.

  • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of lead interactions and status updates in our system.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or admissions (experience in education or training sales is a plus).

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills—you can confidently explain the value of our program.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for closing deals.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.

  • Comfortable with in-person sales and relationship building.
