About the Role
As a Business Development Manager , you'll play a key role in helping Mosa grow its wholesale and distribution partnerships. You'll research potential business partners, conduct outreach, and gather market insights to support our expansion into new B2B channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own business development initiatives, identifying and executing growth opportunities.
- Lead market research to analyze trends, competitors, and new market entry strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with B2B partners, from retailers to corporate clients.
- Develop outreach materials and pitch decks to attract key stakeholders.
- Drive high-impact projects, adapting to the dynamic needs of a fast-growing startup.
- Think entrepreneurially—identify challenges, propose solutions, and take initiative.
What We're Looking For:
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or sustainability sectors.
- Proven track record of identifying and securing B2B partnerships , expanding sales channels, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills , with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills —you can confidently pitch ideas and close deals.
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis , using insights to shape business strategy.
