About the Role
The Senior Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling email and phone communications on behalf of the Executive. This role requires strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for senior executives
* Handle email and phone communications on behalf of the Executive, prioritizing tasks and responding to inquiries
* Develop and prepare materials needed for daily schedules and meeting bookings
* Coordinate and administer all requirements for the department, including expense claims, invoices, and vacation tracking
* Manage ad-hoc activities requested by the Executive, such as points awards programs and career conversations
