We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity for long-term growth in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and event coordination. The successful candidate will also be expected to mentor junior administrative staff and support ongoing development within the EA team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex schedules and travel arrangements for senior leaders.
  • Provide administrative support, including covering reception duties.
  • Coordinate high-level executive retreats, CEO summits, and other firm events.
  • Act as a key point of contact for investor communications and represent the firm's values and reputation.
  • Assist partners with sourcing new investment opportunities, CRM management, and activity planning.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within a top-tier consulting or law firm in a professional services or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executives and investors.
  • A professional services background with a collaborative mindset, adaptable to an entrepreneurial culture.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to take on additional responsibilities and potential leadership in office management and special projects.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $40 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include the possibility of becoming permanent and opportunities for professional growth and development.
