Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our document management system.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and process documents for duplicates and miscellaneous items
- Scan, upload, and download documents into/from our Assessment Division Management System (ADMS)
- Electronically bookmark and sort documents
- Extract document lists for use in final reports
- Verify document lists provided by referral sources for accuracy and consistency
- Monitor document management tracking reports to prioritize workload

Requirements

- 3 years of experience in a client service or administrative position, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry
- Relevant post-secondary education or community college diploma
- Medium to advanced level computer efficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Internet, and Adobe Acrobat
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
