Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate document control actions to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Produce high-quality scheduled audit reports and provide intricate data organization and tracking.
- Develop expertise as an EDMS Superuser and ensure seamless integration with technical systems.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Document Control, preferably in the Energy sector.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, Adobe Pro, and electronic document management systems.
- Familiarity with Asset Lifecyle Information Management (ALIM) and SharePoint a plus.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
