About the Role:

Petroplan is seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join our team in Calgary. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading global Talent Solutions partner in the Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate document control actions to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Produce high-quality scheduled audit reports and provide intricate data organization and tracking.
  • Develop expertise as an EDMS Superuser and ensure seamless integration with technical systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Document Control, preferably in the Energy sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite, Adobe Pro, and electronic document management systems.
  • Familiarity with Asset Lifecyle Information Management (ALIM) and SharePoint a plus.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
