About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Scott Spring Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes;
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Delegate work effectively to office support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment;
  • Establish clear priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines;
  • Carry out administrative activities with high accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required;
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately;
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members as needed;
  • Oversight of office administrative procedures, including payroll administration;
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office setting;
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office and MS Windows;
  • Able to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Organized and efficient time management skills;
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Work Environment

This is a full-time position requiring on-site work. Public transportation is available nearby.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience.
