We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant - Office Operations Coordinator to join our team in Shivaji Construction Ltd. As an essential member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including training staff, overseeing payroll administration, arranging travel, and providing customer service.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate records, managing digital databases, and recruiting and hiring staff members as needed. In addition, you will be expected to provide support to the management team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Train and Support Staff: Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee the processing of employee payrolls, ensure accuracy, and handle any discrepancies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, make reservations, and arrange transportation.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support.
  • Digital Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates to fill open positions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
