Administrative Coordinator

BeBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
