Job Description

We are seeking an Administration officer to join our team at Metro Mortgages INC.

About the Role

This role is focused on supporting our operations by coordinating language services and ensuring all education-related tasks are completed efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with administrative software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Language Services: Coordinate translation and interpretation services for clients, including scheduling appointments and preparing documents for translation
  • Education Coordination: Ensure all education-related tasks are completed efficiently, including scheduling meetings and sending reminders
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and meetings
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
About the Salary

The salary for this role is $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Location

This role is based in our office location, with no option to work remotely.
