Sardari Homes Ltd is seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join their team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities include carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
The ideal candidate will also assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, they will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Tight deadlines and attention to detail
Work Conditions:
This role requires working on site with no option for remote work. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of adaptability, integrity, and reliability.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
