Overview of Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fade Factory Barber Shop. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Manage office operations, including maintaining accurate records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient access to information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
