Job OverviewThe Senior HR Business Partner for Technology, Product, and Operations will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership teams across these functions. As a strategic partner, you will drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.
Your role will involve close collaboration with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the growth and success of the Technology, Product, and Operations teams. By leveraging your expertise and knowledge, you will help shape the future of our organization and contribute to its continued success.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership: Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders, supporting business objectives and driving organizational success.
- Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process for the Technology, Product, and Operations teams, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- HR Programs and Initiatives: Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions to address challenges within the Technology, Product, and Operations functions.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, staying current with industry best practices and trends, and integrating them into the HR strategy where applicable.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in HR, with at least 5 years of experience in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions. A proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies is essential. You should also have a strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making, and demonstrated project management capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
In terms of salary, we offer a competitive package of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
