Senior HR Business Partner for Technology and Operations Excellence

Job OverviewWe seek an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting Technology, Product, and Operations functions. This strategic advisor will partner with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Strategic Partnership: Provide expert HR guidance to senior leaders, driving organizational success and meeting current and future business needs.
- Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies to ensure the right talent is in place.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- HR Programs and Initiatives: Implement programs aligned with the company's priorities, such as diversity, leadership development, and employee well-being.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and develop proactive solutions.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader HR team and departments to integrate HR strategies across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions.
- A proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive change in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data to drive decision-making.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
