Human Resources Business Partner Role Summary

As a Human Resources Business Partner for a leading manufacturing company, you will play a key role in supporting HR activities for a site of approximately 700 employees. You will be responsible for bringing both strategic insight and operational support to HR initiatives in close collaboration with senior management. This role provides opportunities for growth toward more strategic and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR support to senior management
Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Analyze data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of experience in HR business partnering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
